Notice of all Planning Applications, together with copies of the plans, are received by the Parish Council from St Edmundsbury Borough Council. They have only 14 days to reply which makes publicising and convening meetings, when necessary, extremely difficult. On very controversial applications extra time is often permitted.

Given the difficulty of communication it is intended that this site will contain the latest information with regard to all the applications outstanding, together with the date and agenda of any Parish Council meeting that is convened to discuss it. All Parish Council meetings have a 15 minute period for Parishioners to comment on any Parish matter and this is the ideal time to make any views known on a planning application.
